Aero Laundry and Linen Services
Aero Laundry and Linen Service (ALLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of SATS, has concluded an Energy Saving Performance Contract (ESPC) to save 45% or $900K of its total energy cost annually. The contract includes energy audit and implementing the savings measures at our cost and we share the benefits of savings with ALLS. The saving measures are scheduled for completion by end of June 2010.
ALLS three main sources of energy presented a very unique opportunity to conserve. Being our first project in the laundry industry, we leave no stone unturned in ensuring ALLS achieves its organization goals.
With our strength in reverse engineering, waste heat will be harnessed and its diesel consumption reduced that will lead to an annual savings of 45% of its total energy cost. Both ALLS and Comfort are excited to witness this energy conservation program that will transform the energy intensive laundry industry to a lean and highly profitable business.
Both shares the same goal and direction and both are looking forward to lead changes in the industry.
Northtech Industrial Building
Alpha Investment Ltd has concluded an ESPC to save 25% or $300K of its annual total energy cost in Northtech, an industrial premises located at Woodland. As with all other contracts, this contract includes energy audit and implementing the savings measures at our cost. The saving measures are scheduled for completion by end August 2010.
Nordic European Centre
This office development situated in the International Business Park in Jurong is another jewel belonging to Alpha Investment Ltd. An ESPC to save 30% or $250K of its annual total energy cost, this contract also includes energy audit and implementation the savings measures at our cost. The team members, Ms Carina Lim, Mr Goh York Lin, Ms Adeline Fong and Ms Sia Peng Peng made constructive contribution towards the direction of energy conservation.
Prudential Tower
An office tower located at Raffles Place, Prudential Tower has concluded an ESPC to save 20% or $150K of its annual total energy cost. This contract too includes an energy audit and implementation of the savings measures at our cost. The team members, Mr Wong Joo Siong and Mr Koh Kee Sing from Prudential Tower are ready to ensure this energy conservation program is successful from the very start.
