Orchard Plaza, a vibrant strata-titled property in the heart of Orchard Road, engaged Comfort Management to help achieve its energy conservation objectives and securing grant from BCA Green Mark Incentive Scheme for Existing Buildings (GMIS-EB) to defray part of the retrofit cost.

Key measures implemented include:

• Replacement of entire air conditioning system including air handling units to achieve plant room efficiency and air conditioning system efficiency
• Fresh air demand ventilation
• Replacement of indoor and outdoor lightings with energy efficient lights
• Installation of digital energy meters on major equipment to monitor daily consumption levels and remotely monitoring for deviation analysis
• Replacing filters at AHU with high performing electrostatic filters for better indoor air quality
